Starting Pay : $20 per hour with a $0.50 increase after you mark up. All operations run off the Dupont Schedule, nonnegotiable. Dupont Schedule : 4 Nights, 3 Off, 3 Days, 1 Off, 3 Nights, 3 Off, 4 Days, 7 Off.

General Purpose : The Switchman will work with crews to perform the safe switching of railcars, using locomotive power, based on customer requests. Switch crews are responsible for performing jobs efficiently and following all company and customer safety rules and completing corresponding paperwork at the end of every shift.
