• 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM\n\nPosition Overview\n\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cath Lab team on a PRN basis. As an RN in the Cath Lab, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care for those undergoing catheterization procedures.\n
• Provide continuous monitoring of patients during procedures and post-procedural recovery.\n
• Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.\n
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.\n
• Educate patients and families about the procedures and recovery process.\n
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure the integrity of the procedural area.\n
• Document patient care and observations accurately and promptly in the patient's medical record.\n
• Respond quickly and efficiently to emergent situations.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n
• Current RN license in the state of Hawaii.\n
• BLS and ACLS certification required (must be current).\n
• Experience in Cath Lab or related critical care setting.\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.\n
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.\n
