Role Description

This is a Part-time on-site position based in Omaha, NE, for a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner. The role involves providing mental health support to students, offering individual and group counseling, and aiding in the development of individualized mental health plans. The practitioner will collaborate with educators, parents, and external resources to ensure optimal support for students' mental well-being. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, staying informed on best practices in mental health care, and promoting a supportive school environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Work, Community Mental Health, and working with diverse populations
• Strong expertise in Mental Health Care and therapeutic interventions
• Knowledge of Mental Health practices and Psychology principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP)
• Experience working with children and adolescents in a school or educational setting is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
