Placement Specialist

A company is looking for a Placement Specialist to facilitate student placements in clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities

Build partnerships with clinical sites for student rotations and present these to the Program Director for approval

Develop leads and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare agencies while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Manage relationships with existing clinical partners to ensure successful clinical experiences for students

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

3-5 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in healthcare

Solid knowledge of or experience in the healthcare field

Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously

Strong presentation skills and ability to develop relationships both in-person and via phone
