Job Overview :
We are looking for a Senior Sales Associate with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, who can manage high-value accounts, lead by example, and help optimize our sales performance. This role demands a strategic thinker who can support team execution, engage prospects effectively, and contribute to refining our sales processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct client outreach, presentations, and follow-ups to close deals.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers and Product Specialists to craft customized solutions for clients.
- Guide junior sales associates through mentoring, coaching, and by sharing best practices.
- Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, scripts, and prospecting strategies.
- Provide regular feedback to leadership on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare reports on sales activity and pipeline health.
- Support team alignment with KPIs such as conversion rates, retention rates, and sales cycle timelines.
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or solution-based sales.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.Ability to work collaboratively across departments.Preferred Skills :
Experience in compliance services, SaaS, PropTech, or a related technical field.Understanding of structured sales methodologies (e.g., SPIN, Challenger, Sandler).Benefits
