Labor and Employment Partner

We are partnered with an acclaimed, mid-size firm that is looking for an experienced Labor and Employment Partner to join their growing team. This position can be based in Los Angeles or Orange County. This nationally recognized law firm focuses on complex matters and takes a team approach. They offer a hybrid schedule (3 in office and 2 at home) with a robust bonus and benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Labor and Employment (counseling & advising, FEHA, wage and hour)
• Experience servicing other partners
• No book of business is necessary
• Licensed in good standing with California State Bar
• Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills
• Significant experience in discovery and law and motion practice
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work with multiple clients
