Job descriptionA steady stream of students matched to your expertise Administrative support for scheduling, billing, and parent communication A collaborative, professional environment focused on student success Opportunities for growth and professional development What We’re Looking For : We’re specifically seeking candidates with a proven track record of helping students achieve academic improvements. You should be confident in your ability to deliver results and build meaningful relationships with students and families. Deliver 1-on-1 instruction Create and implement personalized tutoring plans Teach strategies to improve confidence and performance Stay current on test formats and admissions trends Track student progress and communicate with families and staff Foster a motivating and supportive learning environment Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field Demonstrated success in math / science tutoring Deep understanding of test taking strategies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation within the Boston area Availability for evenings, weekends, and some daytime flexibility Compensation & Benefits : Competitive hourly rate based on experience Administrative support—no billing or scheduling responsibilities Inclusive and supportive work culture Professional development opportunities Equal Opportunity Commitment : Livius Prep is an intentional equal opportunity employer.
