The Vice President of Marketing Services is a strategic leader within Vizient's Revenue Operations organization, responsible for architecting and enabling a modern, insight-driven marketing engine. This role oversees the systems, processes, data infrastructure, campaign execution, and automation technologies that power marketing performance at scale. This leader ensures that Vizient's marketing engine is not only fit-for-purpose and data-informed, but also fully integrated into the broader revenue engine and aligned to business objectives. The VP partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Sales and IT to drive scalable growth, client engagement, and GTM alignment.

Role Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of directors, managers, and specialists across marketing ops, automation, web solutions, campaign execution, and AI workflow design
• Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and measurable impact
• Translate business strategy into operational roadmaps and technical capability development.

Estimated Hiring Range :

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.
