Pickle is looking for a driven Senior Product Manager to spearhead the next generation of warehouse automation. In this role, you'll combine strategic product leadership with hands-on execution across robotics, machine learning, and physical AI. What You'll Accomplish :

• Define the Future of AI : Define the vision, strategy, and comprehensive roadmaps for Pickle's physical AI solutions, collaborating closely with hardware / software product managers and engineering leadership.
• Drive Execution : Lead the product development cycle by translating deep market and customer needs into detailed, technically-aligned product requirements that support core business objectives.
• Champion Cross-Functional Success : Ensure successful product outcomes by partnering with highly technical engineering, design, and operations teams to align priorities and execute key deliverables.
• Deep Customer & Market Insight : Engage closely with customers and end-users to gather feedback, test prototypes, and iterate on solutions that solve critical real-world problems. Conduct thorough competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to position Pickle's solutions as industry leaders.
• Product Lifecycle Ownership : Manage the entire product journey for your designated product area, from initial concept development and prototyping through full production, deployment, and end-of-life strategies.

$155,000 - $175,000 a year
