Job Overview :
We are looking for a talented and driven Videographer Team Lead to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a creative professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for storytelling through video. The Videographer Team Lead will manage the full video production processfrom concept to final cutwhile leading a team of editors and shooters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to shape the creative voice of our brands
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, filming, and editing of high-quality video content across digital platforms
- Develop and manage content strategies that align with brand goals and audience engagement
- Direct on-camera talent, including company staff, with professionalism and creative clarity
- Ensure consistent visual and editorial tone across all video projects
- Assign projects, guide creative direction, and ensure timely delivery from team members
- Write and edit scripts for video projects
- Coach, mentor, and develop team talent; conduct performance reviews and foster accountability
- Oversee production schedules, equipment inventory, and post-production workflows
- Host and lead creative reviews; provide clear feedback and resolve production challenges proactively
Qualifications
35 years of professional video production experience, with at least 12 years in a leadership roleProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing toolsStrong portfolio showcasing narrative storytelling, brand alignment, and technical qualityDemonstrated ability to direct both crew and on-camera talent effectivelyExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills; team-first mindsetExperience working with marketing or creative teams in a business or agency environment is a plusFamiliarity with home services or service-based industries is a bonusWhat We Offer
