HVAC Service Technician – Night Shift

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 PM to 6 : 00 AM (2 / 2 / 3 schedule)

Compensation : $38–$45 per hour

Job Description

A large, growth-oriented company is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician to join their team. This permanent role offers excellent benefits and a 401(k) plan. Candidates must be experienced in commercial HVAC systems and capable of supporting multi-trade maintenance operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and repair split units, package units, boilers, compressors, motors, and controls
• Work with belts, pulleys, fans, burners, heat exchangers, and refrigerants
• Maintain and repair AC motor controls and variable frequency drives (VFDs)
• Support plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance as needed
• Use hand and power tools, mobile technology (tablet / smartphone), and complete work orders
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and building codes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $37.00 / hr.
