Senior Power Apps / Power Platform Developer – Direct Hire

Hybrid : 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Please note : This position is open to U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only.

We're partnering with a leading financial services organization to hire a Senior Power Platform Developer who can design, build, and scale enterprise Power Apps solutions. This role requires close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and empower self-service across the organization.

Responsibilities

Develop and support solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver scalable business applications
Lead full lifecycle development—from design to implementation and documentation
Mentor "citizen developers" and drive continuous process improvement
Optimize performance and enhance system efficiency

Qualifications

3+ years of Power Platform development experience (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)

Strong SQL and database design skills

Experience with Agile / Scrum and translating business needs into technical solutions

Knowledge of API / REST integrations, governance, and change management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred : Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
