Job Title : Civil Lead Estimator

Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Lead Estimator with extensive experience in underground utilities, wastewater, sanitary sewer, and microtunneling projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using HeavyBid software to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil construction projects, focusing on underground utilities, wastewater, sanitary sewer, and microtunneling.
• Utilize HeavyBid software to develop accurate and competitive bids.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive estimates.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in bid review meetings and provide input on project feasibility and risk assessment.
• Ensure all estimates are prepared in accordance with company procedures and client requirements.
