We're seeking a hands-on, technically skilled Deskside Team Lead to support our client site in Denver. This role blends advanced deskside support responsibilities with light team coordination. You'll work directly with end usersfrom entry-level to executiveswhile guiding a small team of consultants to ensure consistent service delivery and client satisfaction. This role is based onsite at the client office in the Denver Tech area.

A Day in the Life :

• Provide deskside support for hardware, software, and computing platforms.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and phones using SCCM and Intune.
• Support Microsoft environments including Office 365, Windows / Mac OS, VPN, Citrix, Active Directory, SAP.
• Conduct remote troubleshooting and escalate Tier 2 incidents per client protocols.
• Monitor desktop infrastructure performance and recommend improvements.
• Track and escalate outages; maintain documentation in ServiceNow.
• Light team coordination : share updates, approve time entries, and support team engagement.
• Encourage participation in team-building and company events.
