You are a multitasker with attention to detail, a team player used to wearing many hats, and communicator who puts customers first.

As a Service Administration Assistant you play a key role in managing the flow of instruments, parts, and paperwork in the service department. The base salary range for this in-office position is $21.65 - $24.50 per hour. The office schedule is M-F 8 : 30am - 5 : 00pm in our Southern Regional Office in Houston, TX. Anton Paar USA offers full benefits and a profit sharing contribution to your 401k retirement savings. We offer a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years plus additional bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your responsibilities include :

• Initiating, processing, and finalizing service tickets, orders, and invoices
• Managing the rental instrument fleet
• Routing goods to the correct warehouse location and departments
• Communicating with customers on repair status and account information
• Answering and routing phone calls
