The Avalon of Lewis Center is recruiting skilled, compassionate, detailed-oriented LPNs to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality-of-Life Specialists / Resident Assistants.
- Join us for open interviews every Wednesday 9a-12p and every Saturday and Sunday 9a-12p!!

Provide daily supervision to assigned staffResponsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.Accurately administer prescribed medications, supervise the continuity of nursing care, respond to changes in medical conditions, medications.Assess / monitor and treat medical conditions.Participate in admission of new residentsSupport DOHS in completion of assessments and evaluation of residents health and safety.Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have
Current nursing license valid in state workedAbility to speak, read and comprehend English languageGood Communication and teamwork skillsSalary Range - $30.00-$32.00
Shift differential for evenings and weekends!
