Job Description :

• Smartsheet Platform Administration
• Serve as the primary Smartsheet System Administrator, managing user licenses, security settings, access controls, support tickets, and governance
• Monitor platform performance, manage integrations (e.g., Jira, and other third-party apps), and ensure data integrity.
• Establish and enforce best practices, naming conventions, and governance standards for sheets, reports, and workspaces.
• Stay current on new Smartsheet features, releases, and capabilities, and drive adoption.
• Leverage Smartsheet Control Center to standardize project / program creation, structure, and reporting-particularly around Portfolio Epic / Value Stream and Execution / Project Blueprints.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions (sheets, forms, reports, workflows, dashboards).
• Manage the full lifecycle of Smartsheet solutions-from design and pilot to deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
