Northern (Physician / MD qualifications required) Family Practice - Family Practice Outpatient - Upstate New York

Choice position available for a BC|BE Family Practice physician. This is a Outpatient full time, hospital employed position. You will be joining a Established Practice that is of course supported by the hospital. This 25 bed critical access hospital, is the only hospital in the area. Service area is 42,000 persons.

For a Outpatient Practice ,Office schedule is Monday thru friday, 8 AM until 5 PM . Patient census is 20 - 25 per day outpatient. Practice support staff levels are appropriate for practice volume.

Base salary of $300k to $335k Plus incentives and a Sign on bonus. Benefits include 6 weeks PTO per year plus traditional holidays. 1 week paid CME, plus a $2K stipend. Employee and family health benefit. Flex spending, 403(b), vision, and dental packages. Visa Physicians are Urged to Respond
