Product Insights and Reporting, Consultant

Your Role

The Transformation team is dedicated to improving the lives of those we serve by simplifying, automating, and digitizing end-to-end operational processes. The Product Insights & Reporting Consultant will report to the Director of Transformation. In this role, you will partner with operational business stakeholders to understand, document, analyze, and enhance value delivery through automation and enterprise AI tools. This position requires a broad skill set, including process understanding, data analysis, change management, Power Platform expertise, and a passion for building prototypes and automation solutions that enhance experience and efficiency by eliminating manual tasks.

Your Knowledge and Experience

• Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Requires at least 7 years of relevant experience
• Experience leading BPM / continuous improvement initiatives from ideation to execution
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Six Sigma or LEAN preferred
• Skills in Design Thinking, process mapping, facilitation tools
• Experience in business case development and tracking benefits realization
• Knowledge of AI and / or deployment experience
• Familiarity with JIRA and scaled Agile SAFE practices is a plus
• Experience with Power BI and Power Apps is a plus
