Key Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise on operational projects, including process and system design enhancements
Support change management efforts and serve as an information lead regarding process or system design changes
Assist in leading system accessibility and security audits while providing operational support to the Customer Operations organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent work experience
4-6 years of operations experience in the financial services and / or insurance industry
2-4 years of demonstrated project management experience
Proven teamwork and collaboration with diverse groups
Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities effectively
