A company is looking for a QA Testing Automation Lead - RPA & Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all testing initiatives within the RPA and AI domains, including test data generation and automation

Establish and maintain best practices for testing RPA and AI-developed solutions

Manage and mentor a team of QA testers, ensuring high-quality deliverables and compliance with standards

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in manual and automation testing

RPA (Robotic Process Automation) experience required

Strong background in automated testing, SQL, and automation tools

Proven leadership in managing QA teams and offshore resources

Healthcare industry experience required
