**Automotive sales experience is not required**
The Sales Professional is responsible for directing the sales process from beginning to end and is compensated for selling new & used vehicles, the finance/lease contracting process, the selling of warranty/insurance products, and selling vehicle accessories. All of our Sales Associates have a great deal of responsibility as we do not have a separate Finance Department; you are the only person to work with the customer (with the help of a very experienced sales management team). We offer a very competitive commission-based pay plan.
