Overview

Principal Recruitment Consultant - Renewables (Agency Recruiter) – Miami, FL. Role within LHi Group's Piper Maddox brand, focusing on Clean Energy recruitment, including EMobility, Energy Storage, Solar, Wind, Hydrogen & Clean Fuels, Energy Efficiency, Sustainability, and Grid Edge.

The Opportunity

With the support of nearly 100 colleagues across 4 US locations and a decade-long pedigree in Energy Storage, Solar, and Sustainability recruitment, this is your chance to build your own market presence in one of the fastest-growing clean energy hubs in the country. This opportunity is based in our Miami office, a hub for our renewable energy recruitment activity in the Southeast and Latin America.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven agency recruitment experience at Principal level or above
  • A track record of business development success, ideally building a market from the ground up
  • Strong commercial awareness and a consultative approach to client partnerships
  • The ambition to capitalise on Miami's booming clean energy and infrastructure market

  • Competitive base salary $70k-$100k (negotiable depending on experience) + uncapped commission (up to 50%), with half & full year bonuses
