The Growth Enablement Team (GET) consists of sales intake, sales operations, Salesforce, request for proposal (RFP) / proposal development, orals preparation, and sales collateral development to support Huron's healthcare sales efforts. The GET sales enablement team partners with business units (BUs) and sales leads to develop content and collateral, manage proposals, and support orals preparation. The GET sales quality assurance and sales support specialist serves a critical role in pre-production support. This individual owns quality assurance (QA) reviews for pursuits and offers baseline support for bids as assigned. This role contributes to various team initiatives, such as content management, reporting and data analytics, and process improvement.
Responsibilities : Support sales pursuit efforts (e.g., RFx, proposal, orals presentations, sales assets) by : Acting as QA lead for pursuits and sales collateral (e.g., checking for proper formatting, layout, grammar, table of contents). Supporting advisory support requests (e.g., pulling baseline content, creating Microsoft Teams site, uploading proposal template, pulling example proposals / RFPs). Utilizing call-out boxes, graphics, and leading-practice formatting techniques to make sales documents more visually appealing. Ensuring attachments are complete and incorporated into all final client responses. Printing, packaging, and shipping all hardcopy proposals, as needed. Assisting with electronic submissions, as needed. Support internal GET initiatives, content management, and reporting / analytics across the sales enablement team by : Promoting Huron-adopted industry leading practices and sales development procedures. Escalating issues within appropriate timeframes. Assisting with report creation, distribution, and analysis for GET and BU leaders. Managing Salesforce and infrastructural responsibilities for sales efforts. Prioritizing all tasks effectively and appropriately. Welcoming feedback and evaluating own performance. Communicating expectations clearly and timely to team members and stakeholders.
Position Requirements : This position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. The analyst must be deadline- and detail oriented, collaborate across all levels and roles supporting proposal / orals / collateral efforts, and maintain market knowledge. Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Background : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral); demonstrated ability to collaborate with individuals at every level of the organization, across practices, and with varying work styles Excellent organizational skills Ability to think strategically and creatively and willing to voice ideas to help improve processes, deliverables, etc. Ability to apply standard English writing styles and structures to complete thorough quality reviews Excellent customer service and tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude, despite sales outcomes Ability to deliver high-quality work on multiple assignments, sometimes with tight deadlines and minimal supervision Commitment to remain current on development tools and processes Ability to work well remotely, independently, and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor-level degree is required Knowledge of Huron's healthcare offerings is preferred Experience with Salesforce, Seismic, and Nitro Pro is preferred
The estimated base salary range for this job is $55,000 - $75,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $59,400 - $84,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
