The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality, and managing the staff effectively. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate and develop a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include :

• Managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and implementing best practices to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.
• Training and mentoring staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food and beverage quality.
• Collaborating with the management team to set and achieve business goals.
