Job Title : Document Control Specialist I

Duration : 24 months contract
Description
The role is responsible for processing, version controlling, publication and retention of change controls, functional documents and / or GMP records.
The role is responsible for ensuring completeness and compliance to governing policies / procedures and mentoring customers in the change control and doc control process.
The position provides direct support that is not limited to, procurement, Warehousing, Distribution and various support areas.
Must Have
High School Diploma
SAP experience - candidates without SAP will not be considered
Proficiency with full suite of MS Office and Adobe software
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).
Thorough knowledge and experience in Document Management System.
Use of basic analytical techniques and / or previous experience to identify the most appropriate option or to adapt or improve existing approaches
Preferred
3 years in medical device industry within change / document control function.
