The Senior Export Agent needs to have a strong sense of leadership and customer service skills. They will assume an intricate role in our team as a principal representative to customers and managing the entire international shipment process from quote to delivery. As an operations leader, they are responsible for maintaining healthy, mutually beneficial relationships with Priority Worldwide's international freight forwarding vendors and regulatory agencies. Attention to detail and willingness to learn are essential qualities. Candidates must be accommodating to different cultures and willing to work with people that may possess few English-speaking skills.

Required Skills and Competencies :

• Minimum of 5 years of Ocean Export Experience
• Experience with Cargowise preferred
• Excellent customer service skills

What you will do

At the heart of our business, this person is responsible for timely, efficient, and cost-effective movement, routing, occasional quoting of international freight, traffic including customs regulations, documentation preparation, and country regulations. We are a service company that strives to provide the ultimate customer experience for our clients. A friendly attitude and teamwork are essential to maintaining healthy vendor relations and interoffice morale.
