Job Summary and Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Medical Center, recognized among the Best Hospitals in Washington state by U.S. News & World Report, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our part-time opening in our Federal Way Adult Primary Care Clinic. We offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. We are looking for RNs to commit to 20-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities to include :

• Coordinate and facilitate quality management for a diverse outpatient population across the continuum of care.
• Provide skilled triage and assessment, patient education, and collaborate with healthcare and community resources.
• Support the care team in the provision of comprehensive patient care.
• Offer expert patient advice and guidance.
• Assist in prioritizing daily clinic workflow.
• Provide direction and oversight to team members, including Medical Assistants, ensuring clinical competency.

We require :

Current WA State RN license is required.

CPR certification is required every two years or as specified by the work. - Other certifications may be required for specialty areas.

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing approved by the Washington State Board of Nursing.

Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements

$43.01 - $63.98 / hour
