Responsibilities :

Assist customers in securing financing for their vehicle purchases by collaborating with lending agencies.

Provide detailed information to customers about aftermarket options and warranties available for their vehicle purchases.

Conduct training sessions for the sales team to ensure they are well-versed in financing options and aftermarket products.

Educate customers on various financing alternatives and aftermarket products, ensuring they make informed decisions.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and dealership policies during the financing process.

Oversee the accurate and timely completion of financial documentation for vehicle purchases.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance overall satisfaction.
