WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a Family and Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner to meet the growing demand for primary care services at Franciscan Physician Network Primary Care & Geriatric Medicine Lafayette East in Lafayette, Indiana. This is a busy practice that has a diverse patient demographic. Interested candidate will be joining a team that consists of four physicians and two nurse practitioners.

WHAT WE NEED :

Ideal candidate will have past or present family medicine experience, strong focus on clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. Provider will need to work collaboratively with physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT :

• Clinic hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 00 p.m.
• Average outpatient volume : 20 - 25 patients per day
• No call expectation
• Common Diagnoses :

Child and adult wellness visits
