Your Role :
- As a Restoration Project Manager at RRT, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of residential and commercial restoration projects, ensuring timely completion, cost control, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include :
- Managing restoration projects involving water, mold, and fire damage from initial assessment to final closeout
- Scoping losses and preparing detailed estimates using Xactimate software
- Coordinating field crews, subcontractors, and job site schedules
- Leading insurance communications and obtaining job approvals
- Ensuring timely and accurate documentation is uploaded to internal systems
- Meeting project deadlines, budgets, and gross profit margin targets
Skills :
Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration project managementStrong estimating skills with Xactimate proficiencyFamiliarity with Third Party Administrator (TPA) protocols , including Alacrity and Contractor ConnectionProven leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skillsIICRC Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire)Why Join RRT :
