Job descriptionCreate various types of technical documentation, including user guides, reference guides, and troubleshooting guides Translate complex information into clear, concise documents for non-technical audiences Conduct interviews with users and technical staff to gather data for documentation Organize ideas and concepts effectively to produce high-quality documentation Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adapting to changing priorities High School Diploma Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical writing Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely Strong command of the English language, both oral and written Ability to self-manage work assignments and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in English, communications, journalism, or technical writing Proficient in PHP and .NET Experience with enterprise applications and technical architecture Familiarity with creating workflows using Lucidchart Knowledge of best practices for code development and technical documentation
