We're looking for a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager to join our team! This is an on-site position (South Florida-based preferred), but you don’t have to come in every day—just enough to collaborate, align on strategy, and create content when needed. We offer a flexible schedule ranging from 25–40 hours per week , depending on workload and availability.

This is an on-site position (South Florida-based preferred), but you don’t have to come in every day—just enough to collaborate, align on strategy, and create content when needed. We offer a flexible schedule ranging from 25–40 hours per week , depending on workload and availability.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage organic social media accounts for multiple clients across different industries
  • Create engaging content (posts, captions, stories, Reels, etc.) tailored to each brand’s voice
  • Work with our team to plan and execute content calendars
  • Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook
  • Monitor social performance and help grow accounts with best practices
  • Occasionally join client visits or team meetings to gather content (light travel within the area may be involved)

Who You Are :

  • Social media savvy and up-to-date with current trends
  • A strong communicator who can adapt tone and style for different brands
  • Skilled in content creation, especially for Instagram and TikTok
  • Comfortable editing video content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe
  • Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Bonus : Experience in social media marketing for service-based businesses
