Cashier Supervisor
The Cashier Supervisor is accountable for cash and electronic transactions. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package. Basic qualifications include being 18 years of age or older, no high school diploma, GED or college degree required, and no experience required with on-the-job training provided. Preferred qualifications include one (1) year of prior customer service or similar experience. Responsibilities include overseeing all cashiers, accepting accountability for cash transactions, assuring all transactions are accounted for correctly, training new associates on Point of Sale systems, counting down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting, checking in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs, providing customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift including money audits, supply checks, verifying the cashier has all needed paperwork to complete their duties, ensuring quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment. A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
