The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Personal Injury Attorney with

3-5 years' experience in trucking and fleet vehicle litigation , on the plaintiff or defense side. As a key member of our team, you will lead and control a diverse, high-impact steady flow of $1M+ cases. This role demands a sophisticated legal mind and the ability to collaborate effectively with investigators, medical experts, and other legal professionals.

Core Responsibilities

• Forge the Path to Victory : Collaborate, develop, and execute comprehensive, high-stakes litigation strategies for every case.
• Lead and Control : Manage all phases of trucking and fleet vehicle personal injury cases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and mediations.
• Command the Negotiating Table : Conduct effective settlement negotiations to maximize client recovery, always prepared to push cases to a jury verdict.
• Expert Collaboration : Work closely with technical experts and investigators to build strong, evidence-based cases.
• Client Advocacy : Maintain clear, empathetic, and consistent communication with clients, guiding them through every step of the legal process.
