About the Opportunity

Our client, a well-established consumer products manufacturer, is seeking a

Controller

to oversee accounting operations, costing, and financial reporting. Ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on role within a collaborative organizational culture.

Responsibilities

Own month-end close, financials & variance analysis

Direct cost accounting + inventory reporting

Manage AP / AR, GL, and banking activity

Support budgeting + forecasting cycles

Oversee audit + compliance functions

Implement processes + systems to increase efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Accounting / Finance; CPA preferred

7-12+ years' progressive experience

Prior manufacturing / cost accounting required

Strong ERP + Excel skills
