As an unarmed patrol officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrolsoften on a bikeremaining highly visible, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations within the residential community in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or disturbances.

Monitor access points and common areas to help to deter security-related concerns and report any suspicious activity to supervision or law enforcement as needed.

Document all incidents, observations, and / or activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.

Communicate professionally with residents, guests, and property management, maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Perform additional security-related duties as assigned by Allied Universal or site management.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.

Able to ride a bike is required.

At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
