Elementary Math Tutor

Overview

The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform connects online Elementary Math tutors with students nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you'll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and work from home.

Base Pay and Invoicing

Base pay range : $18.00 / hr - $40.00 / hr. Base contract rates start at $18 / hour and increase for specialized subjects. You'll earn up to $40 / hour for sessions with the same student. You can be paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice.

Responsibilities

• Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform and provide online elementary math instruction.
• Match with students best suited to your teaching style and expertise.
• Deliver personalized lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage own schedule.
• Use AI-supported tools (Tutor Copilot) to enhance sessions and save prep time.
