This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect in the United States or Canada.

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive the successful adoption and implementation of a cutting-edge content operations platform for enterprise customers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical and product stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize customized solutions that meet business goals. You will lead technical workshops, provide expert guidance on integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to customers. This position combines deep technical knowledge with client-facing experience, offering the opportunity to influence both product development and customer success in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset are essential for building long-term partnerships and delivering measurable impact.

Accountabilities

  • Lead onboarding workshops tailored to each customer’s technical needs and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and product stakeholders at enterprise accounts.
  • Conduct regular technical sessions to demonstrate features, answer questions, and guide customers through platform implementation.
  • Collaborate with account managers to identify and support expansion opportunities.
  • Support sales cycles with technical workshops, proof-of-concept development, and implementation guidance.
  • Develop and maintain implementation guides, learning modules, plugins, and integration tools to accelerate customer adoption.
  • Represent customer requirements to internal product teams and work with support engineers to resolve technical challenges.
  • Partner with marketing and product research teams to provide customer insights for events, webinars, and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in software development or solution engineering roles.
  • Advanced experience with at least one modern frontend framework : React, Vue, Angular, or Astro.
  • Familiarity with backend architecture, SaaS platforms, and system integrations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing headless CMS, headless e-commerce, or working as a solution engineer / architect in a developer-focused SaaS.
  • Proven experience delivering technical solutions collaboratively with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, result-oriented mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to structure work efficiently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bonus Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in a B2B customer-facing role, such as consulting or account management.
