• Advise clients on the legal, regulatory, and ethical implications of AI systems, including compliance with evolving frameworks such as the EU AI Act, U.S. state privacy and AI statutes, NIST AI RMF, and sector-specific regulations.
• Counsel clients on data governance, intellectual property, risk management, liability allocation, and responsible AI practices.
• Provide strategic guidance to boards, executives, and compliance teams on AI risk assessments, policy development, and regulatory readiness.
• Ensure clients navigate the rapidly changing AI legal landscape with confidence and integrity.
