LOCATION : Onsite / Hybrid South Salt Lake City, UTAH

PAY : $25-32 per hour (target; may vary)

ENGAGEMENT TYPE : Contract-to-Hire (6 months to start, with potential for extension or conversion)

What Youll Be Doing

The Engineering Support Specialist is part of the IT Services team (4 people) and is primarily responsible for (60%) desktop imaging & support and (40%) inbound tickets & vendor management scheduling.

Who Were Looking For

Must Haves

• 3-5+ years of experience in a hardware technical support role
• 3 years of building desktop and laptop images & packages and managing thousands of devices for the enterprise
• 2+ years of Microsoft 11 Migration experience
