About the Position

In this role, you will :

• Clean and help maintain the beach, landscape, park, restrooms, and facilities
• Remove refuse and paper from grounds and buildings
• Work on maintenance projects, set up and dismantle tables, chairs, and decorations associated with special functions and room / facility utilization
• Operate heavy equipment, light automotive equipment, UTV's, light landscape equipment, and hand tools
• Keep operating records, and complete material requests, service requests, and work orders
• Keep a schedule of maintenance for assigned area(s)
• Perform daily safety checks and repairs

Work Hours :

Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Saturday - Sunday, 5 : 30 a.m. - 2 : 00 p.m.

Subject to Passing Substance Screening : This position is subject to passing a pre-employment substance screening. An applicant who fails to pass a required drug screening test shall be disqualified from employment for five (5) years
