Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous operation and reliability of critical IT and operational technology (OT) systems (e.g. ERP MES SCADA production line systems).
• Manage and maintain the factory's network infrastructure servers and end-user devices.
• Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect both IT and OT environments from threats.
• Oversee IT support services for all plant personnel resolving hardware software and connectivity issues.
• Lead the planning execution and deployment of IT projects supporting manufacturing efficiency and digital transformation.
• Collaborate with production engineering and quality teams to identify technology needs and implement solutions.
• Manage IT vendor relationships contracts and service level agreements for specialized manufacturing software and hardware.
