Business Development Coordinator

Global Elite Group is a highly specialized aviation security company, comprised of a diverse and collaborative team of committed professionals, industry leaders, and subject matter experts who rely on optimized processes and tools to deliver quality services. Our team members are in the forefront of homeland security, safeguarding infrastructure and ensuring seamless and secure operations in many of the largest and busiest airports in the country.

Position Overview :

We are in search of an ambitious and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join a growing and dynamic team and be responsible for creating world-class proposals and supporting materials for aviation and commercial clients. You will work cohesively and cooperatively as a part of the team and provide broad-based administrative support for business development efforts. The successful candidate will be well-versed in proposal writing, sales, and marketing techniques and able to rely on experience, sound judgement, and critical thinking to plan, organize and implement goals and objectives.

Responsibilities :

Lead Management : Managing and organizing leads for sales teams.

Proposal Support : Assisting in the creation of compelling business proposals.

CRM Management : Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in the CRM system.

Social Media Management : Helping with content creation and curation for social media platforms.

Event Coordination : Assisting with the planning and execution of marketing events.

Presentation Support : Preparing materials for presentations.

RFP Support : Assisting with the evaluation and tracking of Requests for Proposals.

Administrative Tasks : Handling various administrative duties to support the sales team.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proposal Writing experience (preferred)

Two (2) years of experience in Sales, Business Development or Administrative function

Creative writing and / or business language writing experience preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, pricing models, policies and strategies highly desirable

Discretion to handle confidential material

Exceptional verbal and written communications skills

Demonstrated proficiency with time management and multitasking

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
