Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RN to join our team in a rewarding role where you will provide exceptional care in a dynamic clinical environment. As a competent Nurse, you will practice independently, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient care. You will deliver both routine and complex nursing care while helping to manage long-range clinical goals and promoting best practices.

Responsibilities :

• Exceed expectations set forth by the OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Provide comprehensive nursing care in alignment with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, utilizing the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients.
• Address the complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families according to your level of expertise.
• Administer medications and treatments using appropriate protocols, while monitoring for side effects and effectiveness.
• Document patient history, symptoms, medication administered, and care provided meticulously.
• Assess patient and family learning needs, providing education and identifying resources to support them.
