Shift : Day – 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 – 16 : 30); also includes call

Additional Details :

On-Call : Required (1–2 weeknights + 2 of 8 weekends)

COVID-19 Vaccine : Required

Licensing Requirements : MN state license required; must be in hand or proof of application

LiveScan Fingerprinting : Required within 48 hours of signing; must be done in MN prior to start date – No exceptions
