About The Position

Registered Nurse

Hours per Shift : 07 : 00 - 19 : 00

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-timers accepted

License : Valid Nursing License required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale

Must-Have :

• Experience with a patient ratio of 1 : 4-5 PCU; 1 : 5-6 MS, MS Tele
• Charting system experience required
• Experience with telemetry and step-down care preferred
• Two supervisory references preferred

Description :

The role requires providing care to adult and geriatric patients with various medical conditions.

You will float to different units as required.

The position involves managing and administering medications and treatments per established protocols.

Candidates must be proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.

Key skills include arterial line management, cardiac telemetry, and care of ventilated patients.

You will be responsible for coordinating with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.

Flexibility in scheduling is necessary, including the ability to work every other weekend and major holidays.

Compliance with health requirements and regulations is required to ensure a timely start.

Expected duties include monitoring vital signs, interpreting dysrhythmias, and managing IV medications.

A full range of patient diagnoses is encountered within this role.
