The Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer who loves solving problems and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work end-to-end across the design process – turning insights into ideas and bringing them to life through thoughtful workflows.

At Courted, we place huge emphasis on user-centric design – transforming complex real estate processes into simple, powerful tools. You’ll dive deep into how people use our platform and find opportunities to make their day-to-day work easier and more efficient. This is a great role for someone eager to grow, take ownership across the full product lifecycle, and help shape the future of Courted.

What You’ll Do

• Contribute to end-to-end feature design – from exploring user needs and defining flows to delivering polished, production-ready interfaces
• Translate research notes and interviews into clear problem statements, user flows, and prioritized opportunities
• Create low-fi sketches , clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity mocks to validate ideas quickly
• Partner closely with our Visual Designer to refine layouts, states, and specs so designs are fully ready for engineering handoff
• Collaborate with engineers through handoff, build, and pre-launch reviews
• Maintain and extend our design system – add components, document patterns, and improve consistency
• Support ongoing UX improvements by identifying opportunities to simplify, streamline, or elevate existing experiences
• Document design rationale so product, engineering, and sales teams stay aligned
• Use metrics and feedback to improve shipped features over time

This salary range represents the minimum and maximum for this role based in New York, NY. The salary given for this position depends on multiple factors, including experience, interview performance, and anticipated responsibilities of the role. Base salary is one component of Courted’s competitive total package, which also includes retirement savings, premium health and wellness benefits, lunches in office, and more.
