Customer Care And Aftersales Senior Buyer

This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to Cole Engineering Center in Warren, MI three times per week, at minimum, or other frequency dictated by the business. The Global Purchasing and Supply Chain team is seeking an experienced buyer to support our Customer Care and Aftersales (CCA) organization. As a Customer Care and Aftersales Senior Buyer at General Motors, you will have the following responsibilities :

• Manage the purchase and on-going supply of parts for our service customers
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our related supplier partners
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements
• Work with Engineering, Product, Production Purchasing and Supply Chain, and CCA team partners to address purchase or supply risks
