Psychiatry - Addiction Physician

Psychiatry Locum Opportunity - Rockport, ME (Inpatient ONLY)

Job Description :

• 4 days per week, full time with some call. 8-5ish schedule.
• Looking for a provider asap for 3, 6, 9 months or what the provider can offer.
• Night call (some), weekend call and holiday call will be required.
• 8 Patients per day on average
• Inpatient only.
• Total # of beds = 18
• 2 Psychiatrists in the group
• 2 Advanced Practice Providers support the group.
• There are no psychologists.
• It is optional if the Locum Psychiatrist would like to Supervise.
• EMR : EPIC
• Trauma Level 3
• All Adult Patients
• Required Treatment Disorders : Anxiety Disorders, Affective Disorders, ADD / ADHD, Personality Disorders, Psychotic Disorders, & Drug use disorders, withdraw.
• Provider must have familiarity with Addiction.
• Reason for coverage : Seeking full time provider gap.
• 60-90 Days credentialing - Can usually be completed in 60 days with faster turnarounds
